Unable to find the customer details in Gateway - Stripe

This article covers 

First name and last name details are updated in Chargebee. It wasn’t sent to Gateway.

Only email address is updated in Gateway - Stripe


Summary  


This issue occurs only when the first name and last name fields are not enabled and/or not made mandatory in the Payments section of Checkout and Self Serve Portal settings.


Solution

Go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self-serve Portal settings > Fields


Enable the First Name, and Last Name filed and make the field mandatory.



Please click Publish to apply the changes.


This information will be sent to the gateway account on transactions.


Note: If you’re using API to create customer information in Chargebee, ensure to use the card[first_name] [last_name] parameters
