Email notifications for immediate cancellation
Do the customer be notified if the subscription is cancelled immediately?
Chargebee allows you to send email notifications on the subscription cancellation date. You can configure the email notifications from Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Subscription Cancellation.
When a subscription is canceled immediately, the email ‘Notification sent on Cancellation' will be sent to the customers if you have enabled the notification on your Chargebee account.
To enable this notification, navigate to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Email Notifications > Subscription Cancellation (under Customer Retention).
You can configure multiple notifications from Add Notifications by choosing the event as On subscription cancellation and setting email Segmentation to send it to a specific list of customers.
