Direct debit is not supported for this customer, using SEPA
Summary
You can enable Display Direct Debit as a payment method for all your customers by setting up the relevant payment gateway and enabling the scheme associated with the country.
Step 1: You need to enable Display Direct Debit as a payment method for Customers with Direct debit payments enabled from Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > Select Gateway > Advanced Configurations.
Step 2: Select the option to Allow this customer to pay via his/her bank account from the Customer details page.
Solution
Select customers to whom you wish to display the direct debit payment method in the Checkout and self-serve portal. Select the necessary option from Display Direct Debit as a payment method for All your customers.
This option allows all your customers (including new customers) to pay irrespective of whether the Allow this customer to pay via his/her Bank Account option is enabled on the customer's details page from Settings > Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways > Select Gateway > Advanced Configurations.
If you choose ‘Customers with Direct debit payments enabled’, then you must enable the ‘Allow this customer to pay via his/her Bank Account option’ should be enabled on the customer's details page.
Edit Customer details page:
Select the option to allow this customer to pay via his/her bank account.
