How do I see which subscriptions were cancelled last month?

Scope

How to check recently canceled subscriptions?


Summary

You can view the recently canceled subscription from the Subscriptions Index Page using a filter. Alternatively, we can use a similar filter in the Export data section to get this report. 


Solution

1. Via Subscription index page


a. Cancelled in the past 15 days. 

Navigate to the subscription index page and choose the default filter ‘Canceled in Past 15 days’ from the drop-down menu.



b. Cancelled last month.


You can choose ‘Filter list’ to customize the search for specific results by choosing the filter as ‘Canceled at’ and choosing the recent period as per your requirements (Example: Last Month). 


Note: On the recent UI enhancement you can now scroll the index pages - Customers, Subscriptions, Invoices, and Credit Notes vertically. Earlier, the pages will be paginated which may prolong your search however with the new enhancement as you scroll down the list it will load all other data in a single page as highlighted below on the screenshot. Refer to this link for more information. 


Choose the ‘Export > Export as CSV’ option and download the data in CSV format.



2. Via Export Data

Navigate to Settings > Import & Export Data > Export Data > Subscriptions > Canceled at > Specific period. 


You can export the data in the form of CSV format in both sections.
