The domain name is changed but the UI shows the old name
Why is the new name is not updated on my dashboard
Once the Chargebee support team has performed the backend action, it will reflect in your site's URL.
To update the Chargebee site name in the dashboard or UI, please go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Business Profile > Update Organization Address and make the required changes there.
Once Chargebee support has helped you to change the domain name to a new one, it will start reflecting in your site URLs. However, it won't be updated in the dashboard UI, please refer to the screenshot below,
In the screenshot, you can see that the domain name is newly changed to “langavia” but the UI name is still reflecting the old one “Personal Dictionary”.
To update this, as mentioned above, go to Settings > Configure Chargebee > Business Profile > Update Organization Address and update the organization address there.
This change has to be done only by the owner from the live site.
