How to track conversations happening through the portal?
Solution
With the built-in Events sub-module, you would have access to filtering successful payment attempts that have occurred through the customer portal source (Chargebee site -> Left panel -> Logs -> Events).

The event management section is limited to the specific filters and hence, the alternative option is to allow Chargebee JS through Google Analytics. We provide built-in support for Google Analytics (GA) by sending checkout and portal events to GA. For more information on this, please go through this link.
