Summary
Direct debit payments cannot be processed via Pay Now links.
The Pay Now link in emails is for immediate payments while direct debit is not an instant payment method.
So a customer who has a Direct Debit payment method on file, should add a card/wallet to go through the Pay Now link successfully.
