Hubspot - Pipeline or stage errors

Error Message: A pipeline or stage configured in Chargebee was not found in HubSpot. Review your sync preferences and try again.


Reason: The pipeline or stage configured in your HubSpot sync preferences in Chargebee was not found in HubSpot. This can happen when the pipeline or stage is renamed or deleted in HubSpot.

Solution: Check the pipeline and stages selected in your HubSpot sync preferences in Chargebee. Select the appropriate values from the dropdown menus.

This is a Job-Level Error

These errors prevent the sync job from running. 

Follow the steps below in Chargebee to see any job-level errors:

  1. Click Settings Third-party Integrations on the left menu.

  2. Select HubSpot under Apps connected.

  3. A Sync Health card is displayed, unless sync is currently underway, 

  4. Any job-level errors appear on a banner above the Sync Health card. 


I. We have sunset the Hubspot legacy integration on March 3, 2023 which will not be available on the Marketplace. 

II. We have migrated from
 Hubspot legacy to Hubspot Quote to Cash (Q2C) integration, with the release of self-serve flows for customer and subscription sync from Chargebee to Hubspot which also have all features that was on the legacy integration. 

III.  This migration will not impact the existing users and they will continue to use the integration normally as before. Reach out to us from here to know more.
