Solution
Step 1: Need to verify the status of transactions and invoices in Chargebee and Tp record table
Step 2: Need to verify whether there are any sync failures using the tp_integ_sync details table
The possible reason could be invoice might have been deleted from Quickbooks. This can be confirmed by looking at the tp_record
You can mark the invoice as create_failed
Also, make sure whether merchant has enabled tax in QBO.
The sync would be failing because the merchant might not have enabled tax in QBO. But tax might be enabled in Chargebee.
In such cases please ask the merchant to enable sales tax in QBO.
