The customer's Billing & Account contacts may not receive emails sometimes.
Check the notifications table, column options_meta
We do not see “billing_contacts” and “accounts_contacts”, only the billing_address email.
2. Go to Settings → Configure Chargebee → email notifications → the particular email and enable the settings as shown below:
