How to access API keys in my CRC site?

Summary


If you have integrated your Chargebee site with CRC (Credit Repair Cloud), you need to login into your Credit Repair Cloud account to access the API key.


Note: It is not possible to perform certain functions like deleting a plan, reset the Chargebee account or access the API keys from the Chargebee site when you have integrated your Chargebee account with CRC.


To access the API keys in your CRC site, Go to your CRC account and navigate to My Company > Chargebee Settings. You will be able to view the API key as displayed in the image below.




Warning: If the API key is not present in your CRC site it cannot be retrieved, as the API Keys are sensitive and not stored anywhere. In this case, you can reach out to support@creditrepaircloud.com for further assistance.
