In Chargebee, you have the option to add the email address of the owner (or the team) in the Cc or Bcc fields (Bcc, if you do not want your end customer to know that you are copied in the email), so that they get notified every time the particular email is being sent out
Example; if you'd like to be notified of payment failures & successes.
To set this up, go to Settings >> Configure Chargebee >> Email Notifications >> Payment Failure >> Edit >> Add email addresses
You could use the same process to add your email address for payment successful notifications by configuring to Settings >> Configure Chargebee >> Email Notifications >> Payments & Credits

Please note, If you have dunning enabled for your site, multiple payment retries will be attempted based on your dunning configuration. Accordingly, payment failure and payment successful notification will be sent to your customer. You can use the same process mentioned above to add the product owner's email address for those notifications (Dunning for Online Payments) as well.
