I’m not able to map the accounts in the Chart of accounts structure while configuring Sync rules- What should I do?



When you are configuring your accounting platform like Xero to Chargebee, you will be required to map the chart of accounts so that entries from Chargebee go into the right account.

However, if you have not configured a payment gateway the option to set the Chart of Accounts will not be displayed, to fix this you will need to configure your payment gateway in Chargebee.



To configure your payment Gateway, go to 

Settings » Configure Chargebee » Payment Gateway » Select the Gateway of your choice.
