To hide the address fields on the checkout page, 

• Navigate to Settings >> Configure Chargebee >> Checkout and Self-Serve Portal  >> Field configurations(on the left panel).

• Now go to the appropriate section(billing/shipping/card address) on this page and un-check the Show option for the fields you'd like to hide.
