My customer’s subscription is in a cancelled state though they have not cancelled it. Why is that?

    When a subscription goes through its first renewal and fails due to reasons such as ‘Insufficient funds on card’, ‘Card Information not present’ etc., the subscription will go into a cancelled state. To understand more about the reasons behind such cancellation, click here.
