Can I notify customers if their card has expired, or is about to expire?

We have email notifications such as ‘card expiring’ and ‘card expired’ that send out reminders to customers. 

You can customize the email templates, that can be set to notify the customer of the card expiry. The default reminder is for 5 days before card expiry. 

Go to Configure Chargebee-> Configure emails -> Invalid payment methods -> enable the required options. You can edit the email template by clicking on the 'Edit' button. 

You can add a customized notification by clicking on 'Add notifications' and fill in the type of reminder as 'Add a reminder for card expiry', send before details as well as the type of customers to be sent to. Click 'Add'.
