Can I notify customers if their card has expired, or is about to expire?

Absolutely! 


We have email notifications such as ‘card expiring’ and ‘card expired’ that send out reminders to customers. 


You can customize the email templates, that can be set to notify the customer between 0-25 days of the card expiry.
