Scenario 1:
Let’s say a customer purchases the “Enterprise” plan at $500/month along with a domain at $10/month. You want to apply a 20% discount for 3 months to customer’s subscription but only on the “Enterprise” plan and not for the domain.
How do you do it?
Create the coupon with the following specifications to offer a 20% discount on the plan price.
Discount Type : Percentage 20%
Apply On : Each Specified item
Plans : Select choose 'Enterprise'
Addons : None
Duration Type : Limited Period specify 3 months
Instead of a % discount, you could also specify an amount or total free units (if the plans are quantity based).
Scenario 2:
You would like to offer a $2 lifetime discount for new subscriptions but only for the Mailbox services and not on any of the other additional services or plans.
How do you do it?
Create the coupon with the following specifications to offer a $2 only for the “Mailboxes” service..
Discount Type : Fixed Amount $2
Apply On : Specified items total
Plans : None
Addons : Select Mailboxes
Duration Type : Forever
Scenario 3:
You want to offer free quantity (2 units) only on the subscribed plan quantity during sign up and not on any of the additional services.
How do you do it?
Create the coupon with the following specifications:
Discount Type : Offer Quantity 2
Apply On : Each specified item
Plans : All

Is this out of date? There isn't a field to choose which plans the coupon applies to.
Hi Nick
This option is still available. When you choose "Each Specified Item" in the Apply On dropdown list, the option to choose the desired Plans and Addons will appear as in the screenshot belolw.
