Can you check it? We have many users in Cambodia and it may cause issues for us.

Chargebee's hosted pages are not restricted and will be accessible from any location depending on how the merchant has set up the checkout pages. If you are facing a specific error message, you can write to Chargebee support.
However, there could be a scenario where the gateway flags the end user (Card or IP), and the resulting error message will display under Transaction on your Chargebee account.

Hello!
Our customer from Cambodia has issues with accessing your site and they cannot place payment for our services.
We shared our direct subscription activation link and it does not work at all for them: https://fastnetmon.chargebee.com/hosted_pages/plans/fastnetmon-10g
They just cannot open site.
