Hi,
You can make use of the Subscription changes email notification which will notify the customer when there are changes in the subscription. To do this navigate to Settings -> Configure Chargebee -> Email notifications -> Subscription changes.
You can also CC/BCC yourself in the emails to receive the email notifications when the customers make the changes.

I hope someone can help. Im new to CB and just working it all out.
I was wondering if there was a way to set up notifications when a customer changes something in their subscription (like an add-on item or their delivery date)?
