How do I connect my bank to transfer my money made from my customers?

Hey guys!

I'm having trouble claiming the money I've made from my subscriptions. Do I need to connect my bank or a card to Chargebee to withdraw my money? Where can I go to cash out my subscription money.

Hey Jennifer,

You will have to connect your business bank account with the merchant account offered by your gateway to receive the money to your bank account.

Kindly get in touch with your payment gateway and check on how to get it done at their end. Hope this helps.
