I can see that I can turn these emails off for zero balance within the Subscription Renewal First Reminder template, but I can't in anyother is that right? Or am I just missing something?
The option to exclude zero value invoices or suppress emails for zero value invoices are almost available for all the email notifications. You just have to edit the template to find the options. Hit on Edit Template and you'll find the options.
