We are creating one project for which we want to create recurring payment scenario, we want to charge our customer on basis of their monthly earning. our service will charge 20% of their monthly earning. We have checked with chargbee, its allowing to create subscription plan with fixed amount and add ons.
Is there any way to create subscription plan with custom amount or on % basis?
Or we can do it in different way.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Tejash
We now support a Price Override option, that'll let you override the price and define custom pricing for each subscription.
This is available only via APIs to ensure end customers do not modify the pricing when they reach hosted pages. Here's more information on price override feature.
Reach out to support@chargebee.com if you've any questions.
For this particular scenario, you can make use of our metered billing option to setup their subscriptions.
You can enable metered billing and then create a $0 plan where these customers can be signed up to.
At the time of their renewal, the invoice would be created in Pending state. You can then use the Add Charge Item to Pending Invoice API to add their billing charges. Please note that these charges/percentage will have to be tracked in your end.
Let me know if this would work for you.
