Hi,

Brainetree has support for PayPal payment. We would like to get our customers option to use they PayPal account instead of credit card.

Do you have support for this feature?

Hi Vlad,

You can sign up for a PayPal Express Checkout account and configure it in Chargebee. This would let you give your customers the option of paying via their PayPal accounts. Here's more information on this: https://www.chargebee.com/docs/paypal_express_checkout.html

Yes, I know, but there is a problem with enabling reference transaction in PayPal.

So what about Brainetree/PayPal integration? Is it possible?

Hi Vlad,

We're not currently supporting PayPal Express Checkout integration via Braintree as the transaction error rates are quite high via this integration. I've requested our Engineering team to consider this for future enhancements. We'll let you know in case we bring in the support.
