Hey Pirozhkov,
Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you're looking to accomplish exactly? This would help us to understand better and provide appropriate suggestions, if any.
Hey Pirozhkov,
Thanks for your response.
Currently, only the hosted checkout page and update card page support embedding the pages. Supporting the customer portal in an iFrame is a feature we have on our product road map, but we do not have a firm ETA yet.
I've added this to our feature request list to expedite up it's priority and we will certainly inform you when this is made available.
An available workaround, is by using Single Sign On {SSO} to access the portal where the customers are authenticated to access their portal without having to login again. Here's more information for your reference.
Hi Anand,
Just came across this topic and this is something we would also love to have. Essentially allow the customer manage and view their subscription information from within our site. Any update on this?
Hi Eoin
We are currently working on revamping our hosted pages which will address your requirement. Unfortunately, there's no ETA on this but we are on the final stage of development. We'll notify you once it is out.
Hello, any update regarding this?
I noticed the documentation of the hosted pages API talks about an iframe method for embedding the portal.
Here: https://apidocs.chargebee.com/docs/api/portal_sessions#create_a_portal_session_redirect_url
It says:
"Required if customer portal is not integrated via iframe, string, max chars=250"
How can I integrate via iframe?

Hello Juan
We're currently in the BETA phase with the new version of our hosted pages. We do allow loading the iframe with the help of our new hosted pages JS. However, the new version has certain limitations which we're still working on.
If you're interested in trying it out, please write to us at support@chargbee.com and we can help you with the setup based on your use case.

Vaishnavi
Is there a recommended way to integrate customer portal via iframe?
Hello Sergej
The current version of the customer portal is not supported to be embedded in an iframe, sorry. We are working on a new version of the hosted pages and portal which will allow loading the portal in an iframe. This is expected to be rolled out by the mid of this quarter.
We'll keep you posted on it.
Hi Erkin
I believe you also have a ticket open with us. I have forwarded your issue to our team, requesting them to help us out with the right away to embed the portal within iframe. We'll get back to you with an update shortly.
Hi,
I wanted to know that can i hit my website whenever user successfully changed their subscription from customer portal so that i can make changes to their account in my site.
Thanks!
Hi Anamica
Certainly! You can use our webhooks to listen for event notifications from Chargebee.
Whenever you receive a subscription_changed event, you can retrieve the event contents from the webhook data that's sent to your listener and use this information to update their account on your site.
Let me know if that helps and if you have more questions.

Hello,
I have the same issue like described by Erkin Ekici in the thread a couple of weeks ago:
"
In V3 release notes it says that they can be iframed, but I still see close button and bad width/height when I frame this. Is there any embed parameter that's missing?
"
Any recommendations to this moment?
Vlad Pirozhkov
It would be good to have possibility to embed customer portal on merchant web-site like hosted pages.
Regards.
