You could list the available plans within your system and use the "Update Subscription" API instead of using the portal for subscription changes. We don't have the option to redirect the customers directly to the "Edit Subscription" page in the portal. We will add this as a feature request though.

We are managing our customer profile accounts and we should bring to the user a simple way to upgrade their payment subscriptions accordingly.
We must redirect the customers to the Chargebee Customer Portal and wait that customers find the link for edit their subscriptions.
Is there any option to redirect customers directly to the Subscription plan edit page in a similar way as the update payment method Hosted Page?
We want to avoid the Customar Portal session creation via API to scrap subscription edit Url.
